Kailey Theroux has been in Business Management for 12 years and in the Satellite industry for 6 years. Kailey started as a Project Admin at TCS (now Comtech) and quickly worked her way up to a Program Manager. She resigned and went on to be a govt contractor (DoD) and then was offered the opportunity of a lifetime: to be COO of CM Technology. She was offered this position due to her exceptional leadership and Customer service skills from one of her previous Customers while with TCS who was impressed with her work. Kailey graduated from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business in 2010 with a bachelors in Business Management. She currently holds a federal security clearance and a PMP certification. She is a member of SSPI, Women in Defense (Tampa and Mid Atlantic chapters), AFCEA and WTA.
